By decluttering your home before we arrive, you will allow us to engage our creativity faster…thereby enhancing your bottom line.
Tip #2: Remove Your Personal Items
Removing personal effects enables your buyer to visualize themselves living in the home. They don’t want to feel like a guest…they are there to buy!
Builders go to great lengths to neutralize their models in order to engage their buyers. The premise is simple: Increase desire, and the value goes up!
Tip #3: Let Yourself Be Transparent
It’s best to reveal any issues a buyer will need to consider upfront. Just as you, when you go to purchase, will want to know all the details, so do they. If they truly desire to make your home theirs, they will find solutions. Transparency is always the best approach.
Tip #4: Prepare Your Questions in Advance
We look forward to helping you, but because the time we visit is so short, it’s a good idea to have all of your questions written down so we can be sure to answer them.
If you know of something that needs replacing ahead of time. like carpet that has reached the end of its life, let us know in advance so that we can be sure to bring samples.

Because the time flies by when we are touring your home, be sure to make arrangements to remove anything that might be a distraction.
We give you our full attention. We put our phones on silence and focus on you and your home to be sure we are providing you with our best efforts. We don’t want you to regret forgetting to ask us something, so if possible, please do the same.
Tip #6: Have Your Furniture Options Present
Staging is a creative process, so please be sure to have all of your furniture and accessories (art, pillows, candles, serving ware, etc.) available for us to view. It’s fun to play with your bling, creating new “eye candy” for your buyers!
